Description: Child and Adolescent In-Home Therapist

Salary: $41,900+ depending on experience and licensure

Qualifications: Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology or mental health-related field required.

Preferred Experience: Knowledge of community mental health. Field/Crisis work with children and adolescents. 

Duties and Responsibilities: Provide mental health counseling services to child and adolescents and their families in their home or community setting as a member of a two-person team paired with a bachelor level case manager. Complete assessments and develop treatment plans. Provides individual, group and family therapy sessions. Works closely with the family unit and community programs for the welfare of the child/adolescent.  Works to keeping individuals stabilized in the community settings and assists in securing psychiatric hospital placement as needed. Provides crisis after hours on-call services on the agency rotation schedule.
