Description: Adult In-Home Therapist
Salary: $41,900+ depending on experience and licensure
Qualifications: Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology or mental health related field required.
Preferred Experience: Knowledge of community mental health. Field/Crisis work with individual with severe mental illness.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide mental health counseling services to adult mentally ill individuals in their home or community setting as a member of a two-person team paired with a bachelor-level case manager. Complete assessments and develop treatment plans. Works to keeping individuals stabilized in the community settings and assists in securing psychiatric hospital placement as needed. Provides crisis after hours on-call services on the Agency rotation schedule. Adheres to the monthly 130 hours of minimum productivity for the In-Home team on a monthly basis.
