Breaking The Silence National Alliance for the Mentally Ill Queens/Nassau Chapter NAMI Queens/Nassau provides "Breaking the Silence," a teaching packet, with games, posters and puzzles designed to destigmatize and teach children grades 4-12 about mental illness. The packets are not free and must be purchased. There is a downloadable PDF form, as well as an on-site form which can be printed out. There is a discount of 10% for anyone ordering more than 100 lesson plans.
